This 11-day expedition is for those who want to experience Peru in all its depth: from the richest biodiversity on the planet in the Amazon to the grandeur of the Inca Empire on the trail to Machu Picchu, with camping under the Andean stars and a sunrise entry to the world's most famous citadel.
Day 1 — Lima.
Days 2–3 — Tambopata: Flight to Puerto Maldonado, eco-lodge, Monkey Island, Lake Sandoval, canopy walkway (30 m), dawn parrot clay lick.
Day 4 — Cusco: Flight, acclimatisation.
Day 5 — Sacred Valley: Pisac, Urubamba, Ollantaytambo, Chinchero.
Days 6–9 — Classic Inca Trail 4 days: Full trek Km 82 → Machu Picchu.
Day 10 — Free day in Cusco: Optional activities.
Day 11 — Departure.

Vinicunca, also known as Rainbow Mountain or Cerro Colorado, is a mountain located in the Vilcanota mountain range of the Peruvian Andes.
